At Mirai, we focus on delivering high quality, made to order workspace solutions. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before confirmation at no cost.
- Once confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
- Exceptions may be considered with applicable charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Product damaged during transit.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
Important:
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with valid proof.
3. Non Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Minor variations in color, texture, design, or finish.
- Customized, made to order, or bespoke products.
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
- Delivery delays caused by external or third party factors.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Project Based Services
For design, consultation, or project based services:
- Consultation and design fees are non refundable.
- Cancellation after project commencement may incur proportional charges based on completed work.
